Sizing guidelines:

Adults:
Measure from the floor to the bottom of your heart!
(Example: if you’re 5’5″, you will probably want between 42-44″.)

Kids:
Ages 3-6 = 30″
Ages 7-10 = 32″
Ages 11-14 = 34″

Each hoop is hand-wrapped with one layer of shiny mirror tape and one alternating layer of gaffer grip tape (cloth tape). The large hoop revolves slower, making core hooping easier than a polypro and more effective with these big heavy circles.

Outside Diameter:
Kids sizes: 30″-34″
Adult sizes 36″- 46″

Beginner hoop connections are made with an HDPE insert and push button connection. When you want to collapse the hoop, press the push button, coil down your hula hoop, and put it in a bag!
