The item was as described, unfortunately didn’t work on the vhs side. No worries, seller was very diligent with sending a shipping label and putting forth refund. The only issue, which was not a reflection of the seller, is that somehow refund that he put through didn’t take until I contacted Etsy support. The refund seemed to reject on Etsy side, but support handled it well and corrected it and refund was issued without an issue. Seller is prompt when handling questions or concerns, and in my opinion stands behind what he sells.

The dvd part will not play all dvds – if they are a thinner disc they do not load …

I am using this with an older flat screen so a new “wireless” unit was not going to work (in my opinion). I am happy to find something that fits my needs. Thanks for refurbishing older equipment for us not so up-to-date folks.
