This listing is for a Custom Farmhouse Kitchen Hutch. Sizes range from 4ft -8ft in width and 7ft -8ft Tall. These are made hardwood and pine.

The Hutch comes with your choice of stain and/or base color (all over stained, painted with light distressing or white washed). Please leave these selections in comments at check out.

Shipping is free if you live within 12 Hours of Many, LA. As I will deliver them personally. Zip code is 71449 if anyone needs it to search to see how far you are away from me. If you stay outside my delivery area please contact to so I can give you a shipping quote and so I can make a custom listing that will have shipping included. Please note: Expect to assist unloading. I deliver everything myself so I will need at least 1 person to help me unload it. When I make deliveries i try to make as many as possible in one trip, So i will have stops to make on the way there. I try to do them as quickly as possible so i can get back home and start working on the next round of orders. I try to give a good day or 2 notice when im close. We always keep in communication during this process
