Ready to Run (RTR) Solid State Relay (SSR) Speaker Protection boards. Latest version 2.3. Sold as pair.

The boards are professionally made using genuine parts. Boards are fully assembled and tested. User just needs to add their connectors for the speaker (fastons or Molex Minifit Jr).

Rev 2.3 board Features:
-150v MOSFETs so capable of handling almost any DIY amplifier power within reason (350w into 8ohms max)
-DC offset sense circuit isolated from speaker negative so bridged amps can be used
-remote enable via optically isolated open collector logic (bypass with jumper)
– Low capacitance PSU bonus board to prevent turn off thump using included (DIY) daughter board (same as in GB4).
-same footprint as gen 1 board to allow upgrading to gen 2.
– modified on board voltage regulator to generate 15v from up to 35v input.

Note that we were able to get the Previous 150v capable regulators so these units are identical to the last generation GB4. Gate driver uses FDA215 through hole optoisolator.

Sold as Pairs. Boards are 1.6mm thick, 1oz copper, ENIG finish, black solder mask.
