♡ pre-order is okay in some cases if it’s around a month wait time, i will not do group buy items due to unreliable circumstances. if unsure, message me to double check!

how to get started🛠️
please reach out to me first so we can go over what you’re looking for and figure out the parts you want. along with this, i will go over the estimated time it will take to receive all the items you request, how long it will take to build your custom keyboard, and shipping. average times are around 2 weeks, depending on where parts ships from. once everything is decided upon, i can make a custom listing to cover the costs, then use these funds to purchase the items you request.

※ will you mod a keyboard i already own?
no, i do not offer these services!

※ how long are your processing times?
i typically ship orders in a 1-3 week time frame. shipping itself can take 1-5 days in transit.

※ i would like custom keycaps made.
i do not make custom keycaps, i only work with what is already available.

cancellation / returns / exchanges ❌️
※ almost all funds received are used to purchase the items you request. because of this, i am unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations with the exception of the situations listed below.
※ if you somehow place an order by mistake or change your mind about what you ordered, please message me asap. if it’s within a few hours of placing your order, i may be able to cancel it. however if the custom listing is purchased through my website, a 3% cancellation fee will be applied to cover processing fees.
※ if your keyboard arrives damaged either physically or internally, please contact me about the issue within 72 hours of the time of delivery. after this time window, i will no longer accept returns/exchanges. ※ if you encounter any issues at any point after purchase or just want to ask some questions, feel free to message me and I will be happy to help troubleshoot your problem or answer questions!
