Please note before purchasing:

1. The keycaps are all handmade, and each keycap is unique! Printed with resin using a 3D printer. Hand-painted, colored, and carved using amateur acrylic pigments. Due to 3D printing and manual coloring, the product may have slight inconsistencies, distortions, and defects. Please pay attention to this point.

2.After receiving your order, I need 3-5 days of production time. After the delivery is sent, we will update the tracking number. After the package arrives in the destination country, tracking information will be updated.

3. Please count the items upon receipt, and if there are any lost, missing, or quality issues. Please contact me within 7 days after receiving the goods.

4.If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please leave me a message within 7 days of receiving it.

5. Due to the fact that the keycaps are custom-made by hand, unless there are quality issues, they are generally not returned. If you do need a return, you can contact me, but according to Etsy’s policy, returns must be kept in their original state upon receipt. I won’t refund the shipping fee either.

6. International freight: The goods you purchase usually arrive at the destination within one week. However, depending on your country, some remote areas may take longer and usually arrive within 2-4 weeks, depending on your country. But I will choose the fastest transportation route for you. If any items are lost or incorrect, please contact me promptly!

Installation precautions: Different types of shafts may have slight errors, which may lead to issues with installation tightness. If you feel that the socket is too tight when installing the keycap, you can use a hair dryer to blow hot air into the keycap socket for 5-10 seconds before installing. Do not apply destructive pressure as it may cause the keycap to break.
